Natural orientation tools for Haiti

I've developed a natural orientation system and I'd like to propose it for Haiti as an orientation esperanto and also as a job source. 

I’ve presented this system during the 10^th plenary of UN Geographical Information Working Group www.volksnav.com/UNGIWG10 and could
demonstrate the weak points of the actual system www.volksnav.com/misery e. g. the answer for the simple question "where?".
