InSTEDD's GeoChat: Informed Collective Action

This presentation describes several of the gaps within the public health and Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Response (HADR) communities that InSTEDD has identified. GeoChat work to address these gaps as a free, open-source group coordination tool over multiple modalities.
