Bio
Alfredo has worked at the World Bank since 2008. He has done research on several governance related topics such as growth, technology, the financial crisis, among many others; and has worked on governance diagnostic projects, most recently in co-authoring a concept note and proposal for the use of mobile technology for citizen report cards (m-CRCs) and participatory budgeting (m-PB) projects. He is also coordinator of the Governance Matters blog and is also a guest blogger. A Mexican national, Alfredo has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana, and a Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University.
