Bio
I build civilian-military partnerships for crisis response. Working with the National Defense University and Naval Postgraduate School, I manage a cross-sector initiative to improve situational awareness for fielded organizations. We integrate social media, unmanned autonomous vehicles, and geographic information systems.

I am executive committee member at Strong Angel Disaster Response Demonstrations, and a recent graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where I was the Robert Seamans Fellow in Science, Technology, and Public Policy. By training, I am classical cellist.
Project(s)
RELIEF: Research & Experimentation for Local & International Emergency First-Responders. A program hosted by the Naval Postgraduate School to link UAV imagery with social media and other communications tools.
