Molly Anderson consults on science and policy for sustainable food systems. She was a faculty member at Tufts University 14 years, co-founding and directing the Agriculture, Food and Environment Graduate Program, then directing Tufts Institute of the Environment. She also worked for Oxfam America. She was a Food & Society Policy Fellow 2002-2004 and currently is a Senior Wallace Fellow at Winrock International. She serves on multiple advisory boards and editorial boards of interdisciplinary journals. Her consulting work includes evaluation of local/regional sourcing programs and strategic advice to programs designed to improve options for healthy, local food sourcing and consumption.
