Ryan Lanclos is an Account Executive for ESRI focusing on the Public Safety Industry and has over 10 years of GIS experience at multiple levels of government. Prior to working for ESRI he was appointed as the first Geographic Information Officer (GIO) for the State of Missouri where he coordinated GIS resources statewide.
During his GIS career, Ryan has served as the GIS lead for the Missouri Governor’s Homeland Security Advisory Council at the request of the State Chief Information Officer in order to address the use of GIS technology in support of the State’s homeland security mission. He has implemented a nationally recognized GIS program focused on bio-security for the Missouri Department of Agriculture where he worked as the GIS Coordinator and Director of Information Technology. Ryan currently serves on the Executive Committee and as the Homeland Security chair for the 8 state Mid-America GIS Consortium (MAGIC), has served on the executive committee for the Missouri GIS Advisory Committee, and has served on the National States Geographic Information Council (NSGIC) representing the State of Missouri.
